I am trying to find an old school colleague who was called Susan Donkin and came from Sunderland.
The only clue I have been given is that she bred dogs in Cumbria and that the dogs had 'pushed back' noses. They may have been stockier than a boxer.
I am co-ordinating a reunion for all our year group (1956 intake of Monkwearmouth Grammar School) and am clinging to straws to find the odd one or two still missing form the list before the reunion on May 17th.
Susan is married now and I do not have her married name.
I write to you in the vague hope that someone out there might know of a Susan who, along wth her husband, bred 'stocky dogs with pushed back noses' :)
Any help in locating Susan, on behalf of a lot of her friends, would be greatly apppreciated.
