Is there a difference in which makes a better pet or will get along with my Silky Terrier?(he's been neutered) A litter of pups was just born Friday but the breeder has a 12 week old ready now. Is it better to have them at about 7-8 weeks or 12 weeks? Also, how much do people over in the UK pay for these types of dogs?
