Hi,
I can't seem to login to the site and not being a real computer buff I can't understand what it means when it say's that I might have disabled my cookies, can anybody please make it easy for me to understand what I have to do so that I can login again?

Try this, click on tools then internet options and privacy tab, my setting is on medium and this is something to do with cookies, if your setting is on high this may be the problem

If you have cleared "Temporary Internet Files" you will have cleared out your password and will need to re-enter it again. If you cannot remember it you will need to email Admin.
