Ever since we got charlie, he seems to have enjoyed the odd nibble on the grass, but in the last few weeks it seems to have reached new heights - he seems to be snacking on it constantly!! I always thought that eating grass made dogs vomit, but he doesn't seem to be suffering any ill effects from it - is too much grass bad for him??

Hudson grazes too .....and often pukes it back again :) It is something he has always done and doesn't seem to suffering in any way ..he is a very healthy dog so I've never bothered about it :)

I heard that dogs do that to make themselves sick or clear their stomache out. Sometimes it's just to aid digestion, but sometimes can mean they have worms or a tummy bug. I'm not sure if that's correct though, sure someone here will know :)

All my dogs have enjoyed eating long grass, and now the wheat is growing they love that too - it's like taking a flock of sheep for a walk, the way they graze!!! Harry also like short grass too, and mows the lawn for me..

The only problem we've found is when the long grass emerges at the other end.....
