How do you export a puppy from UK to US?

contact DEFRA they will be able to tell you of any travel requirements like rabies shots ,worming ,flea and tick treatment and contact the airlines to find out the flight requirements like how old the puppy must be and what kennel size is required and most dogs require a vet certificate to say they are fit to travel
