We are looking for a Pembroke Corgi puppy.
We live in Barnham, West Sussex, which is mid-way between Bognor Regis, Chichester and Arundel.
We are both retired: Barbara (age 72) and Lionel (age 69). We have had Pembroke Corgis as pets continuously for over 40 years (four in all). Other members of our family have also had Corgis. We had to have our last one – Katy – put to sleep last May. She was a Bymil Corgi, bred by Sarah Taylor of Littlehampton. We understand and love Corgis. It has taken us until now to want to have another one.
We have considered adopting a Rescue Corgi, but we have no experience of this and are still inclined to have a puppy.
We would be grateful for any further information and help you could give us.
Of the four Corgis which we have had, three were bitches and one a dog. We are very prepared to have either.
We want to provide a loving home for a Corgi and would be very grateful for your advice and help to do this.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Please do not hesitate to telephone us if you wish.
Yours sincerely
Barbara & Lionel Swain (Mr. & Mrs.)
