Munchkins are cats (and there are some here in the UK now) but Toy Munchkins are a cross breed (probably pom cross) very tiny and they shave their backsides. However, the only 'breeder' I found on the internet a couple of years back no longer has an active website was www.toymunchkin.com and in fact (I believe) set up the FIC (Federation of International Canines) to class them as being 'recognised'. He claimed they came from European royal families!
