hi lel - might be easier if you say what you have found/seen?
- By Yappy [gb] Date 17.03.03 21:01 UTC
do you mean 'at what age do they drop'?
- By lel [gb] Date 17.03.03 21:27 UTC
Thats it exactly - yes thats what i wanted to ask . ( blush)
Not 100% sure what to check for . He's 5 months old now .

At 5 months I'd expect them to be down most of the time - if he's cold they can retreat again!

I'm not sure whether one looks slightly bigger or whether its just the way they are postioned . Would this be normal on a young dog if they were slighly different ( and i do mean only slightly)

Okay, let's get personal here! They are "offset" as it were, one slightly behind the other. On one of my boys the rear one is slightly more pointed in shape at the back....this is quite normal! Is this like your lad's?
- By Carla Date 17.03.03 22:22 UTC
one is normally hanging behind the other so that they don't clack together like "nelson cradle" balls lol

God, I feel so niave !!!!
Thankyou - that is exactly how they are .
I feel a fool for asking but I know its important and wanted to check that was how they should be
( got there in the end ) :)
Thanks Jean and Chloe

Hows Gus doing lel? Willis is going through the *nightmare* stage - 7 months and going wild

Chloe
he's doing really well .
His big teeth are through and he has been great . Still hasnt started chewing the house to bits ( which I'm surprised at ). His recall etc is great too . He had his first walk with lots of dogs yesterday on a doggy walk arranged by his trainer and he was off the lead with no problems - came back when called - never thought i'd see the day when i could let him off at one time .
Just need more practice on his walking though as he still tends to pull .
Do you mean i have the teenager phase still to come ?? Eeeek i thought i might escape it :D
:D :D :D
