my gsd /staff cross has developed infected excema on her hind leg/shoulder
i didnt realise it was there until she screamed as i stroked her,
straight to the vets we went imagining all the terrible things
it could be,she has had 2 injuections and now finished tablets , but lumpy
bits stll there any ideas on how to clear it up ??

You could try some E45 cream, just rub it into the skin. You can buy this over the counter in chemists and most supermarkets will sell it as well.
Also you could try giving an evening primrose capsule every day, this would probably help too.
