Hi,
my ESS puppy is fed on Chudley's puppy at the moment, although i have to add tripe to get him to eat it. He now weighs 10.5 kilos the problem is that the food bag has been thrown out and i am not sure how much i should be feeding him. I do not think he is getting enough as recently he has gone from leaving a small amount in the bowl to completely emptying the bowl and looking for more. He is not the type of dog who will just eat for the sake of it. The other thing i would like advice on is when the chudleys is all gone i want to change him to a different brand because he does not like it much and i get the impression that this brand is not as good as some others. What brands do other people use and should i just change brands or do i need to start mixing brands initially. Thanks in advance Loraine

Hi Loraine, don`t know how much he should be having as I don`t use that food. Someone else may be able to help you with that.If you are going to change pups food tho, it should be done slowly over a couple of wks so don`t wait for the chudley to run out & then change him straight over to new food. Decide which new food you`re going to give him & start off by adding a little bit with the chudley, slowly increasing the new till finally he`s having all the new food.
