Have you tried the rescue organisations? Dawgs, Paws or Barrk? I know that Dawgs have at least one collie at the moment, but he's not red and white. Failing that there's usually a good selection of collies in the ScotAds, might have to wait a while for a red one though.

Have you tried BC Rescue?
