My friends terrier has lost all its hair on the back of its neck. There is no redness, no itching and no scabs. The skin just looks very dry to describe it it looks like a pigs back. Could it be anything to do with its diet? I know it dosnt have a good diet, It is also very bad tempered and hates men.
