I have read about giving ur dog pineapple to stop them from eating their poo or other dogs in the family. I was wondering is it fresh pineapple, out of a can, the juice, or the actuall peices, and do u just feed it to them or put it on their food and how much? I want to get my 2 boston's to stop doing this. They really seem to like it in the winter. I have put hot sauce, pepper on it but all I seem to be doing is spicing it up :D . How do I know if they will have an allergic reaction from it or not? Then they think they should come in and try to give me kisses, well thats just very YUCKY!!! :(

Hi D/face, I`ve tried pineapple & it did work. I used fresh & tinned. I put a couple of rings on top of the food, mind you may need less for your dogs as they`re smaller, so try half a ring at first. After a few mths tho it it got less affective. Give them the juice if it`s unsweetened. Good luck.
