Hi my bitches nipples have become very swollen and very pink.

She also looks pregnant and already has a waddle to her walk!

Does this sound right at this stage?

She is also only eating half of her food, she has gone off the dry puppy food and seems to want our food more!

Yup sound right to me.
Try plitting her meals up into smaller portions and introduce something a little tastier to entice her to eat.I give tripe .Smells foul but they love it
