Hi there, I don't know if anyone remembers but I posted a couple of months ago for help in choosing a suitable breed to add to our family of 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 children. We have now decided to take a closer look at the staffies with a view to maybe getting one from early this summer onwards. We have already made contact with a breeder 'up north' through CD and are planning a visit to see her dogs in the near future. It would however be great to visit a couple of others so we have something to compare them to, I have known a fair few staffs over the years but there are not many locally at present. So if there are any other breeders planning a litter this year or just anyone with a couple of staffies that don't mind showing them off could they please email me (also if there are any champdoggers that use their staff for agility or obedience it would be great to hear from you!)
Advance thanks for any help!
Hayley :)

Hi Hayley,

You are more than welcome to come and meet my hooligans - Cleo 3 1/2 year old female, and solo 10 month old male - both from very different lines, and have very different characters, but get on like a house on fire!

I am situated in East Berks, so not so far away i dont think...

HI
I think its a really good idea to look around and compare .
There are so many different looking Staffys out there . It will give you a good idea of what you prefer .
Also try popping along to some SBT shows if you can .
If you go into www.Staffords.co.uk they have a show diary which gives you a list of shows for the year and where they are etc. Be warned though it gets very addictive even if you have no intention of showing :)
