How do I jpeg a microsoft excel file? I've tried looking in the *Save as type* drop down menu but *jpeg* isn't an option?

Hi,
JPEG is a photographic file standard it stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group .jpg files are photographs.
I don't think you can save an Excel file as a .jpg & why do you want to ?

Hi
You probably realise that you can still attach it to an email even as a .xls file :)
If the file is very large you could use something like Winzip to compress it if both you and the recipint have this software on your computer.
Good luck ! :)

It doesn't matter now anyway:) I've typed it up on an email instead of an attachment- hope she can read it okay though- don't want the words scrambling:)
It's Dizzy's fault:D My frriend has a KC Rottie and when looking through the pedigree I noticed *Bellicose* so wondered if it was one of her's since I know she used to breed Rotties- and sure as hell the International Champion is one of hers:D Small world eh- either that or she made sure she stamped the Rottie breed with the best breeding before going to Sharpei's:D :D :D
Thanks for all the help though:)

Hi Stacey
Next time you need to do this save it as a .csv (comma separated value) as this format only saves the used area rather than the whole workbooks so is much smaller. It is one of the options under "save as type" but you have to answer lots of questions to convince it you really want to save it as .csv :)
