Are newborn Rottweliers born with tails or are they snipped shortly after birth?

Rottie pups are born with tails and are docked a few days after birth.

Rottie tails are docked by a vet only, are you in the tail docking club?

Please do not dock the tails yourself they need a qualified person to do this.
