I know there is a lot of dog stealing going on, but this week for the first time I have seen fluorescent posters issued from the local council warning owners to be vigilant on walks and at home. They are posted around the area, near footpaths, woods and the main roads. Having read Christine's post about Alexandra Park it's all very worrying.

Animals are not possessions they are living beings and to most owners are just as loved their children and a part of the family
