hi,
i have seen an advert for an attachement that prevents leads from tangling. i cant remember what it is called, but i am sure i have seen it advertised in the dog papers/magazines. has anyone seen this or used one or know of anythinf similar. now the pup is old enough to go out i had all 3 of them on the beach today and the did a very fine job of neatly plaiting all 3 leads together and did a good impression of a may pole dance around me! can anyone help!

This will only work with two dogs on a coupler with a swivel. do what I do with mine buy 3 leads of the same type, but in difetent colours, then keeping them untangled is easier!

I find different textures also helps, especially in the dark ! :)

The other thing that works is putting two dogs closest in size/temperment together on a coupler and keeping the third dog on a separate line. :) Then if needed, you can always switch to your right side with that 'free' dog in case things get 'sticky' ;)

hi julie,
it was the super twister i had seen, but after looking at the web site it seems far too flimsy, not strong enough to cope with 2 sibes i think. i am back to looking and have been advised that a yachting type shop may have a strong metal swivel that will be suitable,
thanks,
kelly

An Outdoor Recreation shop which specializes in hiking and climbing gear would also have rings, 'rope', and ties that could help you too :)
good luck,

thanks for all the suggestions, i have been to a boat shop and have a shackle with a swivel that will hopefully stop me from getting tangled up. will let you know how we get on,
