Where does the bitch originate from? It's unusual for a rare breed to not have papers, I'd be interested to know how this came about. I'm sure some of the more experienced mal folk would be willing to advise and explain the pro's/cons of breeding an unregistered malamute.

I hope so. There were probs with a certain breeder providing pups with no papers,plus all the stories that go around about people selling GSDxHusky claiming they're mals. You just wonder where all those pups have ended up.:(

Hello Vickie .....as far as I know , Malamute Rescue societies in the USA are full of unwanted Mals ..it would be a shame to add to the problem by breeding from your girl , especially as she doesn't have any papers :)

I would enjoy her as a family pet and leave it at that
