Means you cannot register the pups. The breeder can lift the endorsement, but they will have placed them on the papers to help ensure that any breeding was done responsibly with refereal to themselves. commonly if the breeder is happy that the relevant health checks have been done, and the prospective breeder is aware of their responsibilities to the breed, pups, and new owners, then if the bitch is of breeding quality they will lift5 them. On the other hand the bitch may have a fault that means she should not be bred from???

I would contact the breeder. do not be surprised if you get short shrift, and expect them to refuse to lift the endorsements until after you have had the health tests carried out, or not at all, if they don't trust that she will be bred from responsibly. :(

If she "Got Pregnant" then the chances are you are not sure of who the dog was. In which case you can't register anyway.
