Lynsey, what breed, are you still getting the yorkie from the breeder who changed her mind? or is it a different breed? Different names suit different breeds. Julie:)

China is a brill name! Lynsey , picking a pups name is so hard! My cocker is a boy called Mauser, but he answers to loads of different names, our dogs seem to end up with nicknames and answer just as well to those! Decoy (springer) answers to Stufor (harry hill's cat) Cookiemonster (GSD/Collie) answers to weasel - (don't know why my hubby calls him that). Hope you enjoy your new pup! I would like a liver (chocolate) one called Conker!!! but then I would love lots of breeds, that's as well as the pug called buggles!!! Good luck with your new pup! Julie:)

Isn't it hard to pick a name for a puppy, sometimes you have to wait till the puppy comes home and you can get a name to suit her, ive' got a midget and a pearl, but in the past people have called some pups ive sold, bracken, trixie, pixie, holly, kim, ailsa, susie, flora, minx, (and that suited the pup), maddy, coral, can't think of any more just now.

When I first read your post I thought it said "Charmin" as in the toilet paper !!!! :D Sorry :D This is funny to me, as we had a guy wanting to incorporate a company, and we applied for the name Charmin and got it, and this guy wanted this name for his company. I hasten to add he didnt come back., maybe he saw all the loo paper adds !!!!!! :D

Our new pup is probably going to be called Lara. Holly's KC name is ???? ????? Angelina and Chris wanted somesort of theme with the names and the Tomb Raider theme seemed appropriate.
Mind you, if I get my way the pup will be called Daisy. I've tried to name all my girls Daisy but always been outvoted as it a cows name but as our new pup will be black and white I can always pretend she's a miniature Fresian :D :D
Lynsey What's your favourite film? I named Holly after Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffanys as I love that film.
Also, do you want a girls name or a dogs name? My parents have always used girls names but my friends parents think it's daft and always use names like beauty, larynx and spot.
Good luck with the puppy - cockers are lovely dogs and really soft to cuddle up to when it's cold :D
Fiona and Holly - black cocker spaniel
Just thought - what about Martha?

Been out today and got her a lovely bed and nice cushiony thingy for inside, I could sleep in that myself! :D ...and lots of toys that I thought were just calling out for me to get them for her..lol..am I a sucker or what!..I just cant wait.. looked for a KONG but they only had these x large black ones, so still looking...
