Almost 8 years ago we got our Westie from a breeder in England, which was Mrs. McHorton.
Wee Archie is now almost 8 and we love him very much.
We would love to take care of another Westie but we would like to get him as well from England because our opinion is that the english Westies are the most beautifulest Terriers in the world.
Could you help us to find a breeder in England who is going to have puppies in spring or summer 2003?
I would really appriciate if you could answer me as soon as possible via E-mail:

Thank you in advance.

HI Guest, Contact the Kennel club, vist some local shows or contact the breeder of your own dog. They should be able to help you find another.
Just as a matter of Info. Westies originate from Scotland and there are still some of the finest westies ever in Scotland. Most breeders are
actively encouraging the continuation of some of these old lines.
Any westie you see will generally have decended from Scotland somewhere.
Finally all westies should be nice wherever you get one whether Scotland, England or wherever. It is about selectful picking of reputable
breeders that counts not generally where in the UK you get it. Well certainly with regards Westies that is.
Good luck in your search.
There are a few fine Scottish breeders planning litters early in the new year if you ask then.
Regards
Pamela

Thanks Pam, I was just going to post much the same message, Westies originate from Scotland, and as Pam said there are a lot of very good "lines" in Scotland, Famecheck, Ashgate, Poolmist,Tasman, Incheril, and loads more. if you would like to contact either Pam or myself we can give you advice on where to get a well bred westie, and if you e mail me I can make some enquiries as to whether the breeder you got your westie from is still breeding, hope this helps you.
