brie has a slight discharge of dark blood, not alot and only in the morning, not swollan at the vula, like how wispa was when we throught she had pytomas,
but could she become into season after 10 weeks of the puppies or the dark blood means old blood from when she had the puppies,

wispa didnot come in season untill 5 months after her pup,

brie quiet happy in her self she like to be left on her own but she been like from a pup, happy to go out and some time like to play with chase but she leaves that down to gollie to do most of the time,

Hi terri,

Bonnie also had a dark blood discharge after having pups, she had this for 3 days - the vet said it was quite normal and was not a season.

Hi Terri

Em seems to have had a continuous small discharge this time, first time I've seen it like this. Was Bries through the whole time too?

Em did have antibiotics to help clear it, but there is still a trace. I am going to try raspberry leaf as I often give this if my girls have a discharge a while after a season :-)

Yep, Em had raspberry leaf then too, but I was going to give her some more, for a week or so, to try and clean everything out :-)

Hi Terri

Had this once with one of the Kerries = I think it's called subinvolution of the placental site, which I thought meant that the sites where the placentas were attached took rather longer healing up than usual. Seems to go right all by itself eventually, but I suppose you just watch out for any other possible complications.
