Hi all, well last Friday night me mum rang to tell me that when she went to see the rheumatologist he sent her to have an xray on her back cos she had a lot of pain. Anyway they wanted to admit her but there was no bed. To cut a long story short she was admitted on Tuesday & will be in for Xmas, she has a suspected shattered vertabre. Managed to speak to her Doc today and I am going over on Monday. I have to leave my hubby & family here, not to mention my dogs & will spend my time between hospitals cos my sister is also in hospital but not the same one, typical! :) So looks like my Xmas is cancelled!
I would like to think this board will still be here when I get back & will ask you all to be kind to each other,let bygones be bygones & start the New Year with no regrets. :)

sorry to hear the bad news between you and me we could write a book,andrew's dad going into hos in feb for a back op he done the same thing crushed the veb,in the lower back so they are going to fuse the back where the damaged is he 80 years old,good luck but try to have a nice xmas in the between hos,

Oh tell me about it Terri! Me mum`s 87 & unfortunately the doc told me they had mislaid her xray`s! Maybe one day we`ll write a book eh????? Hope your f.i.l. will be OK.
