I would like to buy a pair of Grand French Tricolour's in February next year. Can someone give me details of a Breeder here in the UK or does anyone know of breeders in France I could contact?

There's a breed known as Grand Anglo-Francais tricolore ... is this what you are referring to? Grand means large in French, so it is a common description in various hound breeds. Even the Grand Griffon Vendeen comes in a tricolor blend.
If the Anglo-Francais is what you are looking for, perhaps Fokkers could help you locate a breeder in UK.
Getting 2 puppies though, at the same time, is not really a sound idea, especially in only a couple of months.
