I am trying to track down the breeder of Boykin Spaniels in the UK. I understand this particular breed originated in South Carolina and puppies are easily available over in the States but obviously we wish to obtain one of these lovely dogs locally or at least in the UK. Any input would be gratefully appreciated and should be sent to me at fiona.fothergill@virgin.net.

Fiona, I haven't heard of any being bred in the UK :-)
Have you tried the Kennel Club to see if anyone has imported any?

Sorry Fiona, none in the UK, but Field Spaniels are very similar, so are the bigger working Cockers, they all do the same job and have similar temperaments.
