Three year old Dobe Healthy, georgous to look at & amazing temperament yet breeders we purchased her from dont show any interest in mating her? She is a black / tan (blue) Sallate Dobe. A friend told us we should take her to the Durham county show & having no idea what all the preperation was we gave her a brush & rubbed her face with a wet flannel!!(Well she is a pet to us not a show dog) but she was placed first until one of the judges rubbed her back & she promptly sat down & gave her her paw! So we settled for second place. Any ideas how we can breed her as we signed a puppy contract.
