Vet insurance for first year say £150
Innoculations and worming tablets, say £50
Bedding and food bowls (assuming bedding stays in one piece and does not have to be renewed) say £30
Food for first year when pup is doing most of its growing - say between £200 - £500 depending upon quality
Toys - up to you
Collar and lead - decent quailty, say £25
Replacing damaged items around the home £0 - £1,000's
Crate, say £80
Vet's bills if anything goes wrong and you have not insured or it is not covered - and it generally does with a pup £0 - £1,000's

Ice

I contacted the Alpha Training Classes, thinking only the best for our pup - £73 for 5 classes!!!!!!!
In the end decided on a local club and Roger Mugfords which are a lot more reasonable, and from what I have heard, just as good! I used to pay £2 a dog when I lived further from London, but you would be very lucky to get anything around here for under £5!

Oh don't forget time they take up alot of your time. Its like having four year old twins who are solid muscle and want your attention all of the time. This only last 9 years though so make the most of it.
