I may be wrong but I do not think you will get a lab for that price, they range from £3oo.oo upwards even if it is only for a family pet and not show

Rearing puppies properly, stud fees, vet expenses, health checks etc are costly. The last average size litter i bred, with a C section cost me £1200, and that is not taking into account washing bedding electricity etc. That works out at £200 per puppy.

I would be highly suspicious of puppies being offered for les than £300, as a lot of shortcuts would have had to be taken, or the breeders are wealthy.

It was nearly 40 years ago I paid £45 for my first Labrador. It can't be much less than 30 years ago when I paid £100 for my old Kate. Sorry but as everyone says, £300 to £500 is the ball park figure for a pedigree Labrador these days.
