Several years ago, when there was much discussion about the record-keeping required in connection with the registration of breeders, you described in detail the records you kept for each dog. In the process of updating my will, I have drawn on your format to describe my dog so that, should it ever become necessary for him to be rehomed, his new owner will know as much as possible about him.

Thank you very much indeed for your generosity in making your format available, it has made a hard-to-contemplate task much easier than it would otherwise be.
