Saw what might have been a worm in poo today, so gave her the tablets, she threw them up less than an hour later. What now?

That a bitter. I would ask the vet or get a poo sample to wormcount so you know if there is anything that needs treating

I would just worm her again. One of mine once ate a hyperdrug delivery that came through the letterbox, it was wormer for 4 dogs for 2 times and a pack of zylkene for the collies for fireworks. I called the vet in a panic and they said not to worry, that he might have a sore tummy but with all that zylkene on board he won't care, and sure enough he was absolutely fine.

I’ve sent a sample off to Wormcount today, I saw what looked like a dead worm today.

I’m very impressed with Wormcount and will use them again. Very fast turn around.
Although I saw what looked like a dead worm ( perhaps the wormer she threw up still worked?) the result was a good one, so no more wormer needed.
