Hi, has anyone had experience of their breeding bitch getting colitis in the first couple of weeks of pregnancy? My bitch does not get stressed, has an iron tummy and never had any food allergies/issues - but she was artificially inseminated and developed colitis a week or two later. I've heard it can be brought on by hormonal changes and wondering if it's a sign that she could be in pup. I can get her scanned in a week or so but I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this with their breeding bitches.
