Are there any good books on whippets.

Yes, as there are on most breeds.  I have -

1.  Whippets by E. Fitch Daglish (Foyles handbook - may or may not be out of print, but perhaps available, as most things are, on Ebay?)
2.  Pet Owner's Guide to the Whippet by Anne Vickerstaff.  She's been in the breed for years!

I'm sure there will be others if you search.

e-bay is a good source of books. I’ve amassed a good collection all from eBay

The Facebook site - Dog books for sale/swap, turns up some real treasures.

There's one by Juliette Cuncliffe on Ebay as well as the Fitch Daglish.   Both really cheap.
