Yesterday morning, my pregnant dog refused to eat but she was drinking water so we weren't worried much. The very same day, but at night, she isolated herself and when we called her, she couldn't even move from her spot. It was like she was glued there. We worried less when she changed position because it appeared that she was still able to move. Today morning she appeared to be better than the previous day but as the day progressed, we noticed some swelling on her hind legs and she couldn't open her eyes. She laid down and seemed restless. She'd get up then lie down and repeat. We were really worried now. She's almost close to her labour date since we suspect she got pregnant around September and this is her second pregnancy. First one went smooth. She seemed disorientated the more time went by and then the other eye just refused to open. When it did, we noticed it was red. She was panting profusely but the good thing was that she did eat. Please help.

Well it could be the beginning of labour really. Some dogs are very stoic about their labour pains and they get a far away look in their eyes and go very quiet and still to bear them at first. If you don't really know when she got pregnant then you've no way of knowing whether this is the normal onset of labour or something going wrong with her pregnancy really.

It’s the fact she has swelling on her hind legs and the fact you mention ‘she couldn’t open her eyes’. I’d take her to the vet immediately like others have suggested

"I suspect she got pregnant aound September", sounds rather vague. Are you sure that this is a pregnancy and not an illness? Please get her to a vet immediately.
