There are just a few in the UK at present and as furriefriends suggested, a good way of contacting them is via the two breed clubs (Glen of Imaal Terrier Association or Enthusiasts and Fanciers of Glens) both have websites and Facebook pages. Not sure about the equivalent in Ireland.
