Willow is on last half tablet of antibiotics tomorrow for an upset tummy which is fine now. She has loxicom when needed but not sure if she can have it while on antibiotics. She seems a bit uncomfortable tonight and if she wasn't on antibiotics, I would have given her loxicom. Has anyone given these at the same time. I forgot to ask the vet

I would seek advice from your own vet, but I have had antibiotics (amoxycilin) and loxicom prescribed at the same time. If you need it tonight, is there any info on Noah Compendium you could check?

I've googled it and it seems fine but would suggest it does the same or rings ooh . I am sure they won't charge just for that information
In humans u can take an antinflamatory at the same time as antibiotics

Yes, absolutely. It's standard practice to give antibiotics and anti-inflammatories together because they do different things. Antibiotics are usually given twice a day, and Loxicom is once a day, with or immediately after food.

However because one of the common side-effects of NSAIDs is an upset stomach, with possible sickness and/or diarrhoea, they shouldn't be given when the dog already has an upset stomach! So it's probably best to stop the Loxicom until the upset stomach has cleared.
