Hi,

I felt we needed  new post to come to the top. I thought the language had changed on my phone for CD when I looked at it 1st thing.
Hopefully Admin will remove all those spam posts in varying languages soon.

So how is the weather where you are today? A lovely British question

Mainly sunny here, odd gust of wind and sort of warm... roll on a proper summer where bikini wearing is needed
- By Jodi Date 23.06.21 15:05 UTC
Lovely day where I am on the cotswolds, nice to have some sun and warmth once again. Had a pub lunch with friends in the pub garden surrounded by lovely flowering plants
- By Schnauday [gg] Date 23.06.21 15:21 UTC
Blue sky and sunshine light breeze. Still not as warm as it should be though. Isnt it supposed to be flaming June not freezing June
- By RozzieRetriever Date 23.06.21 16:33 UTC
It’s odd, I drove home from Burton this afternoon leaving sunshine and heat and arriving in cloudy, cool conditions.

I have to say, at no point will a bikini be worn. I have no wish to scare the dogs or the neighbours!!
- By Merrypaws [gb] Date 23.06.21 16:38 UTC
Warm with a light breeze in Hampshire. Gardener’s Apprentice (canine) found a patch of sun to work on his tan, Gardener (human) was not too warm in long sleeved tee-shirt even in the sun.

After not having rain up in the lancs for months (yes I know unheard of!) We’ve finally had rain today, and boy have we needed it…all our green spaces were turning brown! So yes we’ve had to wear warmer clothes and wellies but I loved taking the dogs out in it for a change
- By furriefriends Date 23.06.21 17:35 UTC
Yep nice sunny day here and quite warm. Watered the baskets and pots as although lots of rain earlier in the week they get very dry
- By masajackrussell [gb] Date 23.06.21 19:46 UTC
Nice here today. 20 degrees and sunny. Bit breezy but that was good for the washing! Hoping the rain goes away for Southern Counties on Sunday!
- By suejaw Date 23.06.21 21:52 UTC Upvotes 2
I hope it does. Shows dry and cloudy my way but not near SC ground. This rain needs to do one. Good luck at SC and enjoy your day with FF

- By suejaw Date 24.06.21 18:19 UTC
Oh no, same down here too. Well that took a turn for the worst then didn't it. Maybe it will change again, let's hope so. Have you got a gazebo etc sorted to go with so you can stay dry
- By masajackrussell [gb] Date 24.06.21 18:38 UTC Upvotes 1
Yes I’ve got a gazebo with sides so we should be ok. We will survive won’t we FF

- By Waddles [gb] Date 26.06.21 06:17 UTC
Rain Rain Rain here in Torquay by the looks of it. As of 7:16am the sky is slowly turning a deep black.
- By suejaw Date 26.06.21 08:12 UTC
FF it's changed again here. Sunny here today and mix of rain and sun tomorrow. I want a proper decent summer. A friend posted in western to Central Canada its 40 plus in many places and a dry heat.. I asked her to swap, sadly not as she doesn't miss our weather at all
- By furriefriends Date 26.06.21 08:23 UTC
Yep warm and sunny here today .fingers crossed it will be good tomorrow at sc
- By Jodi Date 26.06.21 17:18 UTC
Don’t know what the weather has been today as I’m in hospital. Broke my femur getting out of bed this morning! It’s seems that the radiotherapy could have weakened the bone and a bit of pressure made it snap in two. My god, the pain was indescribable. Operation either tomorrow or the next, the way it was described it sounded like something Noel Fitzpatrick would do
Now in a little room with a view of the sky, looks quite nice.

- By RozzieRetriever Date 26.06.21 18:14 UTC Upvotes 2
Oh no! So sorry to hear this, hope all goes well and you are home soon. Take care.
- By suejaw Date 26.06.21 20:17 UTC Upvotes 2
Oh goodness Jodi, that sounds horrendous. You are in the best place and I wish you a speedy recovery from the operation
- By Waddles [gb] Date 27.06.21 15:30 UTC
Absolutely tipping it down with rain here yet again. Dog is happy but I definitely wasn't when I had to pop to the shops!
- By masajackrussell [gb] Date 28.06.21 07:11 UTC Upvotes 2
Good lord Jodi!! Hope the op goes well and you get better soon xx
- By Jodi Date 28.06.21 08:06 UTC
Still waiting for the op, could be today, on the other hand more likely I think to be tomorrow as a specialist in the type of op that they are doing will be available tomorrow. I think on balance I would prefer the specialist. The nice doc who came to tell me this says if I have to wait he will come and give me an injection into the nerve running down the leg will be numbed stopping the pain.
The op is to make a hole into the centre of the bone at the top of the femur, drill a hole through to the bottoms and then insert a metal rod (or nail as they call it here). There will be fixators top and bottom to secure so I should only have two small incisions to add to the legs tally. Very Supervet

Exactly where I'd gone as I read this ...... hope you get the surgery done, sooner rather than later.
