Has anyone used an animal courier the last year and wouldn't mind sharing the cost? I know I could contact them for quotes but I don't actually want to hire them, I just want to reimburse (or at least chip in) someone who is hiring them. It's a 270mile, one adult medium sized dog.

It is calculated by mileage from pick up point to drop off  point and how many drop offs are made on route eg Northampton based Courier pick up point Mid Wales to Bristol £168,
then on to South Yorkshire & return to base) £235.  Total for the 2 drops £403.

If it had been a single pick up by Northampton based Courier pick up point Mid Wales to South Yorkshire & return to base it would have been £358.

it all dependeds where your chosen Courier is based, where their pick up point would be and how many miles thay had to travel to drop off point and return to base.
(and if there was more than one drop off point on route?)

Think you would need to get a quote - you don't have to take it on.
