Can anyone suggest a conditioner to soften her body hair, it feels a bit ‘crispy’.
Her top knot and ears are soft.

The mutneys satin conditioning balm is very good at softening coats but as she’s been spayed it may always be on the more ‘crispy’ side now

Thanks, I’ll give it a go.

I tried to dilute it but I ended up with blobs of the product floating In water ! Can I ask how you do it ?

Yeah it’s so thick isn’t it!! You can either dilute it in really warm water and then give it a good shake so it breaks down a bit but because it’s so thick we tend to add it to the diluted shampoo (after all it’s not a shampoo so won’t clean the coat just help with conditioning it). It will mix a bit in but some of it will float as it’s so thick, once it’s on the coat and you can spread it around etc then it’ll work just as good - honest I was a bit miffed when we first started using it but it is really really good!

Oh, I’m glad it’s not just me !
Next time I might it spread it on her coat, and then add water with the shower head to dilute it on her.  I’ll see how that goes,
If not I’ll try it with the shampoo, thanks !
