Is he gaining weight? That's pretty much the be all and end all for neonates...

Yellow poo is normal for such young puppies as they are only getting milk.
Runny poo's are possibly because the puppy is getting a lot of milk or maybe you have given mum something that has caused her milk to change a little, therefor affecting the puppies.

How mum is cared for and fed can affect such new puppies, take care!
