Hi, breeder gave choise at six weeks between two bitch puppies, easy pick as one very good and chose me, loved me I felt connection to me perfect dream puppy just what I wanted I asked breeder why aren't you keeping her ? She told me she was giving up breeding I asked why ? She said something silly the other was small the runt different personality I put deposit on my pick too good to be true went back two weeks later breeders like this has to be quick and passed her sister off as her !

Is this just a statement or are you asking what to do? Or what have you done?

Are you sure they didn't just accidentally gave you the wrong puppy as it sounds like they were in a rush? I knew a breeder once who went to delivered a puppy but then had to go back the next day as they had put the wrong puppy in the crate.
Did you contact the breeder?

I believe it to be a deliberate ruse as the puppy I picked was pick of the litter and the puppy I got was the runt ( and smaller )

I know that happened to me.  She told me I was the last to collect.  I know that was a lie as well.  I had to take the puppy as I felt someone needed to love her.  She is the best one ever except her right hand back leg has started to fail.  But luckily she has me.

Were they the same colours/markings?
Have you called the breeder about it?

They were obviously different puppies.

I believe the breeder intended to keep the pick of the litter.
