Hi I’m looking for a gsp site-link where I can find another dog to love. All I am finding is foreign imports most of which have health issues. I’m sure there must be a website where people (maybe breeders) advertise dogs that have been returned to them. I have a love of gsp’s having previously owned two.

GSP rescue

Hi Ann. Yes I’ve already submitted my expression of interest form to gsp rescue. I suppose I’m being a bit impatient though. I’ve been acknowledged by them and told my form has been put on the data base.
Just thought there must be many surrendered gsp’s in this country just don’t know who or how to contact them (other than gsp rescue)

A friend who breeds GSP very occasionally & usually gets a pup back from a bitch/dog she bred to continue her lines, tells me there aren't a lot of GSP in breed specific rescues, unfortunately the big all breed rescues tend not to work with breed rescues fir some odd reason. Know what it's like to have to wait because although a dog that could be suitable is put there, you can't find it. I ended up with 2 foreign rescue mongrels
