What breed of puppy? How long have you had it? Is it one you bred? What are you feeding it and how much?

If I have got this right (and my maths isnt brilliant!) the pup is 70 days old and you have had it for 35 days then that means you got the pup at 5 weeks old.  Far too early to leave its mum. Also doesnt sound like a great diet for a growing puppy.

Puppies need meat if they're to grow properly, and to be fed 4 times a day until they're 3 months old, then 3 times a day till they're 6 months old, and then twice a day. As yours left its mother too young (they should really be at least 7 weeks old) it should be fed as much meat, with perhaps a SMALL amount of rice, as it can eat at each meal. If your puppy isn't active and curious it could be showing signs of malnutrition, especially if it hasn't been regularly wormed.

I realise that different cultures do things differently, and have different ways of rearing animals, but the needs of the animal are the same wherever in the world they live. And dogs need eat primarily meat.

So what actual proper dog food is your pup on and how many meals a day?
It needs a nutritious puppy food 4 times a day at this age
- By subashprabhu [in] Date 12.12.19 05:03 UTC

This is not a suitable diet for a puppy, please see all of the advice you have been given in the comments above.

As others have said dogs need meat.not just meat but a meat based diet and for a pup this will not allow it to thrive and devolooe normally
- By suejaw Date 12.12.19 21:21 UTC
Ragi is a grain, you need to feed your puppy a meat based dog food. Your pup will not thrive if on the diet you have it on.
What brands of dog food can you get over there?
- By suejaw Date 12.12.19 21:23 UTC
Ive just looked and you can get Taste of the Wild, Acana and Arden Grange in India, all are good foods.
Even if you feed human grade meat it's better than what you are feeding now

Please get pup on a nutritionally balanced diet.  He'll be hungry because he's not getting what his growing body needs at all, and his current diet will set him up for lifelong problems.
