Has anyone had a laparoscopic spay done, after a dog has had a litter or two? I don't mean immediately after - I mean, like a year or more later.
I am just curious whether the keyhole surgery is as easy/possible in a dog which has been bred from, than in a dog which hasn't. I would really like to use a lap spay on our bitch who's had 2 litters - but wondered if there was a reason this would be considered inadvisable or more prone to complications etc etc...?

My mum has a bitch, who has had one litter, spayed laparoscopically about a year and a half later.
There were no issues at all and her recovery seems to have been exactly the same as my own bitch who was spayed on Friday and is cleared to return to normal activities today- Monday!
The main challenge has been restricting her - Lead exercise only, no jumping on furniture or climbing stairs when she clearly felt fine.
