I very much doubt there is anyone qualified on this forum to grade hip x rays. I take it you are not in the the UK as the BVA scheme does not issue hip assessments by a letter code, their scrutineers grade the 7 individual parts on a sliding scale 0 - 5/6 resulting in scores fron 0:0 to 53:53
