Have had to use this for the first time. Followed instructions but the smell lingers, has anyone had problems using the rooms after applying? Thanks.

I have found that I have to give the rooms a really good airing afterwards.otherwise no problems .

FF, Interestingly read somewhere that it can be used on human bed mattresses, but suggest two sheets are used to protect from the chemicals.

I think it can be used more or less anywhere  but I can see why u wouldn't want it in skin .ours or animals .neither breathing it in .after all it's a pretty nasty chemical or it wouldn't kill fleas etc
Dogs beds etc u  can wash but  our mattresses are bit tricky.wpuld need to be careful due to people having breathing issues asthma etc
Lots of hoovering of mattresses and nooks and crannies too and repeat in two weeks .right pain in the nether regions .and don't forget the car too all very difficult for u

Just thought it was odd to recommend extra sheets for us, when there's no mention of dogs using the floor after use? Thanks FF the hover(s) has been working hard & hadn't forgotten the car! Think the culprit is probably our feral Maine Coon, bless her but still can't get any meds in or on her! Can't complain as first time in 15 years, just a nuisance & I'm the one that's attracting them!!! Like you, I too dislike using chemicals.

I know I always feel they take more care of us than the animals when putting those warning on things. Both should be protected .
Poor little mc so glad she has u though

I checked and find I have this product which we used when we had a flea problem.   Didn't notice the smell was unduly difficult to be honest.
