Hi I was wondering can someone help I’ve been researching loads but to hear from someone with experience. My [toy breed] is 58 days pregnant today, this morning she had yellow diarrhoea she’s also weeping a clear mucus. This afternoon she’s taking to her nest and she’s digging like make 4 hours now on and off. She’d normally be sitting on the sofa beside me but she won’t leave her nest only to wee which she’s been doing every hour or so. She’s also very touchy if I go near her nest growling where right up to today she hasn’t left my side which very strange for her. Is this the beginning of her labour or is she just preparing for labour in the coming days. TIA

Sounds like stage 1 labour to me.
