I made an order with this company over a week ago and no products received despite email saying its been dispatched.
I have emailed 3 times and left two phone messages and two messenger messages over the last week and getting zero repsonse.
Does anyone know if they are still trading or has anyone used very recently and had problems too??

No I've not heard of them before, but going to their website, they seem to be 'there' and I got a message up saying 'can we help'.......?

yes the message pops up but it just lets you do a message to messenger, its not like a chat to and fro.
I've started a PayPal procedure to get my money back, would be ok if they responded or answered voicemails that I've left.
They look good but obviously aren't. shame as products seem good.

It's 'probably' someone who had a cheap website set up of some kind.
I only tried looking for one brand of their products, 'Himalayan dog foods' & they came up on ebay, amazon & other places...my guess is it's a one man band 'maybe' 'fly by night' type thing working from home and paying/renting for a space on someones web site faciiity without having to buy in & 'stock' food themselves, they might even have several rental sites selling the same things >OR< getting orders for them & getting out after a few weeks taking money & running like bats out of hell!, good job you used Paypal, maybe buy through amazon or ebay in futor.

I just looked at their site again & notice the'yre advertising dog soap stuff, not many people bath or shampoo their dogs let alone buy 'dog balm' products, so doubt whoever's running that place knows much about dog owners or dogs.

Suggest you look at their entry at Company's House

& I suggest you contact the owner of the advertisments & ask him why he/she/they are non contactable or communicative by all normal means because their site is heading towards being perceived as a scammers site, for reasons outlined above, unless of course 'you know' something about them/that sites owner(s), due to 'liquidate' for 'example!?
Personally I've had 2 net based orders of goods delivered 1 last week & 1 Mon this week, both orders were same day sent & ordered since Lorripop made that order.

Hope.u do find an explanation as they appear to have a few interesting products to try. Many dog owners regularly bath and shampoo their dogs and like natural things.  The Himalayan chews are fairly new but widely available also called yak chews.  .very hard and can easily break in to potentially dangerous pieces.

Groomers ? As well as many others of us particularly  if they show .all very normal. I guess u are lucky if u don't have dogs that roll in nasty smelly things as well !!!!

Sent message via PayPal who then notify them and they have until 16th July to respond. Last night I get a text from the website to say I had been refunded and then email to say they had refunded me and can't seem to track my order as the tracking number doesn't work! I don't think it was ever posted, I did ask but as yet no response.
I've bought the stuff I wanted form Amazon albeit a bit more expensive but at least I know it will come today.

if you used a visa debit card to pay paypal my bank refunds on request, immediatly, I'm santandar, I dont know if other banks do the same.

At least you know he exists & hopefully your money has been refunded. If I use Paypal I always try to use the pay after delivery option, they are pretty good though if the money hasn't been claimed for some reason PP will usually refund asap
