My dog is 30 days pregnant is it ok for her to be still having morning sickness, she still off her food, surely her appetite should start to get better now. Any advice.

They are all different, even pregnancies in the same bitch can be different.   If you are concerned, which you obviously are, you may have to involve your vet - but I'd try not to have to take her into the office, if you can (stress and infection risk).   Is she drinking - hydrated?   Stools?

It can be normal for some dogs to be off their food throughout pregnancy.  Offer small but highly nutritious meals with a lot of protein.  Choose a complete wet food like Natures Menu as this may tempt her more than dry food...
